The Library Project | Melbourne and Regional Libraries | 2023

The Library Project is a site-specific, audio work that invites audiences to take a deep dive into the world of books.  The performance asks: Why do we read? What is the history and significance of libraries? How are we changed by the books we love? The Library Project is a love letter to libraries, librarians, writers, books, and readers. It's an attempt to understand the act of reading, and to appreciate the library as a mysterious house of knowledge and dreams. The project has been funded by Regional Arts Victoria.
