The House Project | A Private Home | Melbourne | 2009

Situated in the spaces between performance, ritual, and the everyday, The House Project remixes Ibsen's Hedda Gabler with live art, installation, video, and a house party. The audience is immersed and activated within a 360 degree world of play, 19th century proto-feminist drama, and acting-up. Part social gathering and feminist history lesson, the work examines female identity across time.
