Hotel Obscura 2013-2015
an international curatorial project 
in association with triage live art collective (AU) Die Fabrikanten (AT)
and Mezzanine Spectacles (FR) 

Hotel Obscura is a project currently being developed by a number of partners for the EU's 3rd Country collaboration initiative 2013-2015. In the first 12 month period the aim of the project will be to bring together a cohort of emerging and established live art and interdisciplinary artists to work together for an extended period of cultural exchange in order to investigate intimate performance practices and to develop a rich and long-term international artists network.  

In the 2nd year the project will culminate in the development of Hotel Obscura, a performance project that will showcase a suite of radically intimate one to one works, and other related events that will take place in a 'live' hotel over several days and which will tour to several EU and AU partner cities/festivals.
